Purpose

Individuals with more than seventy years created Governance 4 Governing through first hand governance experience, and who have served on non-profit boards where some worked well and others did not.  The purpose of the blog is to proffer opinion, articles, and analysis of current governing issues. This blog also welcomes comments and questions. We will attempt to provide questioners with our analysis of current issues and problems in a timely manner.

Our mission is to improve the qualitative and ethical performance of non-profit governance given so many of our health, educational and social organizations rely upon a voluntary board.
